We are Duverse licensed in Dubai as a Metaverse service provider -  license number 18017. These are our terms and conditions. They tell you what we do and how we do it.

By using our site, and/or purchasing one of our packages you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions, and the referenced policies, and that you agree to abide by them.

Duverse provides you with digital services including designing and setting up your Metaverse space. This Metaverse space could be a house, a shop, a showroom, a restaurant, a bakery …etc. Duverse provides the services in partnership with third-party service providers for the relevant scopes. Duverse provides digital services like payment gateway setup and integration, cloud kitchen integration, 3D walkthrough experiences, and VR experiences.

The client`s company has to be licensed and legally operating in the UAE, if your company is licensed outside the UAE, you need to get the relevant licenses, documents, and approvals before setting up your business and digital assets on the Metaverse through Duverse. 

Limitations:

By using our site, and/or purchasing one of our packages you confirm that you understand and accept the following limitations:

• The 3D walkthrough experience might not include a VR or AR experience and currently could only be experienced using Firefox, Chrome, or Edge on a desktop.
• The fully immersive VR experience might not include an avatar experience, and currently, it does not include clickable links. The clickable links & avatar experiences are currently only available in the 3D walkthrough experience.
• Please make sure to ask our team about the available options, and limitations of your order.

As the Metaverse technologies are rapidly improving and developing, we are always working on improving the user experience and updating our systems and clients with the new applicable technologies compatible with our platform. Yet in the meantime, there are some technical limitations including but not limited to the above-mentioned.

Duverse does not sell or trade in any kind of virtual assets or cryptocurrencies. The services of Duverse are all limited to the designs of the Metaverse spaces, the VR experience, and the integration of the relevant adjacent technologies including VR/AR/MR/XR/AI and machine learning.

Design changes & Maintenance:

Once your Metaverse space is designed and launched, there could not be any changes to the design. The only changes that could be done are for the “Artifacts” which are the clickable links in your Metaverse space. Duverse provides up to ten free changes to the clickable products, after that any changes will be charged. Duverse will provide a free maintenance period as per the relevant service package, and after that, there will be an annual maintenance fee of 1,850 USD. Duverse has the right to change the annual maintenance fee without prior approval from the client. Any changes in the maintenance fees will be notified to the client within two months’ notice prior to its effectivity date.

Privacy policy:

Your privacy is our priority. By proceeding to use the Duverse service, Users consent that Duverse may process the personal data that Duverse collects from them in accordance with the Duverse Privacy Policy and the terms of the UAE General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

Duverse may use your personal data to gather feedback regarding the experience you may have with our platform. This helps our business grow by assembling useful information from our end-users.

Duverse is not a party to any Service Contract between a third-party business & its clients. Any Service Contract between the third-party business & its clients shall be in accordance with such third party's privacy policy and the terms of the UAE General Data Protection Regulation.

Third-party, Tax & gas fees.

All the fees offered by Duverse are exclusive of third-party fees, tax, and gas fees. Gas fees (which are required by third parties to mint your NFTs & digital assets) change regularly and could be of significant value. The client must do their own research to know the gas fees prior to proceeding with one of Duverse`s packages which all exclude the gas fees.

Refund policy

Refunding is only available in case Duverse did not deliver the service provided. The refund is processed excluding third-party charges & gas fees. The refund is processed within 28 working days and has to be approved before being processed.

Project Duration, changes orders, custom packages & scope

The project duration is determined based on the brief and scope. A typical 50*50*50 project or less usually takes up to 14 days for the basic packages without any add-ons, if there were no changes. However, the project duration could be longer based on the number of changes and scope. The fully immersive VR experience requires longer durations, based on the scope of the project. Our service packages include two free design changes before submitting the space, any additional charges will be charged. Clients could request additional services which will be quoted based on the requirements.
